I didn't manage training the last three days. The wole weekend was music rehersals and I ambitiously planned to go running afterwards at 8pm and both nights just couldn't be stuffed. Too soft.

Arvo run from work. Beautiful, sunny, 0 degrees. Still pretty unfit on the hills but pushed a bit harder today and felt good.
Lucky that my work is a bit flexible with hours, is in a nice location and has showers so I can make the most of these sunny hours in winter! Good for warding off hibernation and gloom.
