Run Pfaffikon to Galgenen. Felt really lousy though, legs barely wanted to move.

Christmas long run with the O club, usual route around Etzel. Fun running with the group and a nice fresh morning, though not a hint of snow.
Felt pretty unfit on the hills, but good to get another long run in and knee fine.
