OO Cup day 4.
Aim today was to try and put together all the things I needed to improve from the previous days and have a top run. I was really happy with how it went - was very focused, worked compass+contours really well and was almost always anticipating what was coming up, and if I lost contact I managed to nip it early enough in the bud to pick myself up before proper errors. Just towards the end where it was a bit faster/vaguer/'easier' I was a bit off on 18 and 20, (perhaps 15-30secs each) because of not being disciplined enough with compass from attack point, allowing myself to get dragged downhill.
Only 1min behind Lisa, 2nd. Feel like I improved something each day and have a clearer idea of how to approach my WOC middle race.
It was also incredibly awesome detailed Jura terrain!! So much fun although tough running and dangerous for ankles. When I first moved to Europe I missed my favorite Australian terrains so much, but I am going to miss Europe SOOOOO much now.

Too busy doing last minute packing to upload GPS now. We're leaving Switzerland tomorrow for I don't know how long and my little heart is aching :(
