3 training courses at Mt Beckworth: simplification, height, exit direction.
Was getting pretty tired by the last one. I loved the rocks here but orienteering is more fun when you can run faster.. maybe I'll start training again ;)
Also I think I need to learn to meditate or something to be able to quieten my overactive mind. I had trouble sleeping because I couldn't stop thinking about climate change, and had the same distraction whilst running.

Middle distance course after lunch. Was waaay too knackered physically and made one colossal mistake which was fun/ny.
Today in one day I ran more than I have in the last month (which I guess wasn't hard to do).
