Vic long champs, Chinamans flat.
Sort of bumbled through this in a very unconcentrated state, feeling stressed about a few other things (mainly work). Physically didn’t push myself - just wanted to get through the distance steadily. Technically missed about 1 min on quite a few controls, not properly paying attention and winging it instead of orienteering. Nice out in the forest though, and it didn’t really feel that long which is good.
Surprised to be only 4 mins behind Tash, but she also made quite a few mistakes.
