Aus Long champs, Split Rock.
Pretty satisfied with my run, and happy to find that I could enjoy it despite being so unfit! A stunning day and great terrain.
Was unsure in the circle on 4 controls and stopped/searched one feature too early on #10,13,17 - I think lacking the physical aggression made my nav into controls a bit less sharp, as well as tiredness towards the end.
Happy to 'only' be 11 mins behind Lizzie.

Tiny bit of a run around our beautiful Wee Jasper camp site in the evening. Right knee had been feeling a bit iffy during the day, but ok for and after the run.
