Went to the physio for a postnatal check up. Didn’t learn much except that I have good deep abdominals and core control (looked at with ultrasound), no indication of pelvic floor issues (although couldn’t see it with ultrasound because my bladder was too empty), and they don’t recommend running until you’ve done their 8 week core build up program.
My first priority is building back stronger and I’m in no rush to run, so I’ll try fit in a bit of strength each day.
