Walk then run home from mechanics. Knee pain when I started with the walk but it went away when I very carefully started running.

Teaching my dad how to ride my bike with cleats.. I should ride more to get some quad strength back!

Felt like I was moving ok but actually very slow according to my watch..
Knee fine running but focussing on good stable running style.
