Body is so tight and stiff and sore today - upper back really stiff, sternum sore, upper stomach pain all day, tight and sort of nerve pain in my glutes and feel like I banged my right knee?
Also feeling totally exhausted at the end of the day - hanging out with two toddlers is hard work, 14 hours non stop! Glad I made a little time for yoga before bed though.

Super tight upper back and pain in my sternum when moving certain ways - riding bike with backpack didn’t seem to help, also picking up toddlers..
So skipped Morialta run and did stretches instead.

Long run in rain, took me ages to get out and felt like a real plod for the first 40mins (then realised that was because it was up hill the whole way) and then back down home thru the burbs. Hip flexors/itv were seizing up by the end.
