Bridgewater long run with a loop up Mt George to start with. Such a lovely cool morning and even had a few blackberries! Pushed the hill and got lactic and weak by the top, but felt great for the rest of the run, once I recovered. Feeling good at long runs and hills at the moment, now I’d like to get a bit more speed :)
Warm up run down to Adelaide Uni via the botanic gardens. Felt really low energy and not motivated to run. I think work mental stress is taking a toll on me this week.

Another really fun and tricky sprint for Snap series #2 at Adelaide Uni! I felt a bit rusty on sprint technique and often didn’t choose great routes or was a bit undisciplined following them (changing plans part way thru or some poor fine nav). Enjoyed the bits where I felt like I was doing speedy nav though :) Physically hit an energy slump around halfway, didn’t eat very well today.
