orienteering 1:32:00 intensity: (10:00 @2) + (52:00 @3) + (30:00 @4) 10.78 km (8:32 / km) +299m 7:30 / km

Training at Tower Hill, finishing at Rocky Paddock. Really good course visiting many different terrains (hellish green scrub with hidden rocks, fast open with rocks, pine forest spur gully, dreamy pine forest with big rocks).Big effort from Jenny and Wataru putting out and collecting controls!

Warm up with 6x 20sec sprints to try inject a bit of speed to the legs :)
Nice to run again after quite a few days off!

orienteering 19:52 [3] 3.46 km (5:45 / km) +45m 5:24 / km

Belair sprint O. Very fun and lovely evening out with the fam :)
Pushed hard but felt slow. A few small errors - like running to 9 instead of 5 (it was on the way) or exiting without proper picture in my head. Didn’t feel super focussed.

Very achey back overnight and sore stomach, but could eat and felt much better by the end of the day.

Woke at 1am feeling nauseous, slept fitfully till 4 am when I had to get up and vomit and didn’t sleep after that! Feel terrible with achey body, chills and weak today. And the boys have too much energy aagh!!
