Good and controlled interval session. I was really tired before the training because the strength training for the legs together with the night-O was too strenuous. But surprisingly, I felt very good and I could run the treshold intervals quite easy between 3:20/km and 3:30/km. But after 5 of 6 sets I finsished the session so that I'm not too tired tomorrow. Happy about this session
