Atfter the last weekend and this week I felt that my achilles and my left calf where a little bit stressed. It was not that bad but in the last trainings and also today my left heel (at the beginning of the achilles tendon) hurted a little bit. That is the reason why I will take a small running break (maybe 3 or 4 days). Hopefully is everything good again after that.

My first Grusåttan test with the club and i'm happy to managed it in an acceptable time. My legs were a little bit heavy from yesterday and the cold air (0°C) was not that nice in my lung but i'm feeling good and had no problems.
