Two sprint loops in a quite technically area. Until the SM Sprint I need definitely more training. My foot is getting better and better, but both my roommates are sick now, so I hope I'm not getting sick in the next days, as well.

The foot is a little bit better, so I will increase the volume again, as long it is not getting worse.
Due to the amazing weather I ran quite long, but I had nearly no pain, so ... I love running!

I have still pain in my foot and it is a little bit swolen. Today I checked if running is possible and how it will effect it until tomorrow. During running, at least, no pain

On friday after the qualification I had a little bit pain in my left foot and that got worse over the weekend so that I didn't want to run today, which was not that bad after these three tough competitions. Hopefully, it will get better in the next days.
