Monday Nov 26

RUNNING 1:00:00 [3]11.3 km (5:19 / km)
shoes: Nike Pegasus #1
Over to the Uni, then throught the western slopes of OTH to Spring Gully, then Diamond Hill and home. Still sore from Friday night, was nearly going to cut it short, but stuck at it for 60 mins, even if it was slow at times )-;

Sunday Nov 25

MTB 40:00 [2]14.5 km (2:46 / km)
shoes: Nike Pegasus #1
Very easy ride over to Dads place and checked out the car, then onto Peter Creely's to sort out some stuff, then my sisters, but there was no one home, back through Soloman Gully and finally Faugh-a-ballagh Rd to get the time up to 40 mins

Saturday Nov 24

MTB 10:00 [2]3 km (3:20 / km)
To the polling booth, then the track to watch a 800 and home.
ROAD BIKE 1:04:00 [3]27.9 km (2:18 / km)
Easy ride with Dave, neither of us wanted to go any harder after surviving last night. Tannery lane, Ryalls lane, McIvor Hwy and home, nice and easy, just what was needed. Dave's bike computer got it as 29+k, he will have to adjust it.

Friday Nov 23

ORIENTEERING race 2:37:25 [5]22.6 km (6:58 / km)
shoes: Teva #1
Bendigo club Twilight 3hr event on Sedgwick. was sitting on 6 min k's (garmin, not straight line) for the 1st 15k then steeper terrain and darknest bought the k rate back. Warm to start with, but getting quite cool at the end.

NOTE, Is this the 1st selection trial for the Jukola team?, should be good enough to get me the long night, but there is plenty of competition for this prime spot (-:
C • who is going for this jukol... 4

Thursday Nov 22

ROAD BIKE 1:10:00 [3]29.5 km (2:22 / km)
shoes: Nike Bike shoes
Up Burns St and around the res to Mandurang Sth, back to Tannery Lane, and home via Guys Hill Rd. Went with my sister and Little Fella, LF allways tried to ride at the front, he didn't do so bad, but then, we were kind on him. (-:

Monday Nov 19

MTB long 1:32:00 [3]32 km (2:52 / km)
shoes: Nike Bike shoes
Got out early before it got to hot, Out through Diamond Hill and Kangaroo Gully to the Coliban main channel, up to the Mandurang Rd, back home through Mandurang, Kangaroo Gully and Spring Gully maps, nice time of the morning for a ride

Sunday Nov 18

Event: Point to Pinnacle

Event: Victorian Sprint Champs, Monash University

ORIENTEERING race (Victorian Sprint Champs) 16:45 [5]4 km (4:11 / km)
Distance measured by Toph's garmin. (Course setters distance 2.9k) Happy with all my choices, may have lost a little time on the 1st taking the easier option, but made up for it on nailing the next 2, dont know if I could go any harder, AJ ran very well.

PS Dropped in on Troy on the way home and got my Garmin back

ORIENTEERING race (Campus Challenge) 36:24 [4]8 km (4:33 / km)
After the sprint race, ran at the lead for the 1st loop through the buildings, Adam took over after that and I just settled down into 2nd spot, hoping that he would make a mistake, but he held it together (just) and bet me for the 2nd time that day

Note, I think we punched the wrong control at 8, is that a DNF/Disq )-;
