Keely and I went to do reps, went well and nearly got to the track (well 5m short) and got back with 5 to 10 secs to go, so a seasons PB. Keely ran even better and got back with 15 secs to spare, I wiill have to show him how it is done on Saturday when we both front up for the last CC of the season
MTB 20:00 [3]
To and from intervals

Wednesday Aug 30

ROAD BIKE 1:30:00 [3]
Went for my 1st Road ride in 3 months, everthing was hurting, maybe Schepisi lowered the seat when he had the bike, made it home, nice riding in the warmth of the middle of the day

Tuesday Aug 29

RUNNING 20:00 [3]
Went to the lake to do the 3k time trail, but they were short of a time keeper, and as I have not got used to the colder tempretures here in Vic compared to O/S, I did the job.
Did 3 laps after the race

Monday Aug 28

MTB 1:10:00 [3]
Went out to do a easy 60 mins, but found some single track and had a bit of fun on it, ride got a little longer
C • hope u didnt get attacked by t... 4

Sunday Aug 27

ORIENTEERING 1:40:00 [3]
Early run checking control sites and SI boxes, 80 mins, then 20 mins in afternoon pulling in controls, better luck than Shep, no "real" complaints and did not write the car of, Kooyoora is lovely at this time of year

Saturday Aug 26

Event: Victorian State Series #8&9, Kooyoora

ORIENTEERING race 1:20:00 [5]
Kooyoora, bit scrappy to start with, Bruce was 2.5 mins faster than me in the 1st half, but I was clean and strong through the remainder, won today

Friday Aug 25

MTB 40:00 [3]
Did a easy 40 mins, will have to get my shoes back from Schepisi, went around the res, big weekend coming up

Thursday Aug 24

RUNNING 20:00 [3]
Was meant to be longer, but did not feel the best, maybe having to start work at 4 am, so only did 20 mins

Wednesday Aug 23

MTB 1:20:00 [3]
Out to the Coliban Main channel and home, felt good

Tuesday Aug 22

MTB warm up/down 20:00 [3]
Rode to and from intervals
WARM UP/DOWN 4:00 [3]
Easy run
INTERVALS intervals 16:00 [5]
Been a while since I have done any rep work, but after having 9 weeks in Europe, I should be fit enough.
New PB, nearly got to the track, only 20m to go, thought I was not going to get back, but got there in the end

Monday Aug 21

WALK 10:00 [2]
Walked over to my sisters place to get my bike, Bryan keeps taking it each morning so as he can have Breakfast at his mums
MTB 40:00 [2]
Easy bike ride with Shameus, rode beside Leon Bryan and Birchy as they did a easy run

Sunday Aug 20

ORIENTEERING race 1:29:46 [5]
Classic NOL, ran well with no real mistakes, best NOL result for a while
C • chenye 1

Saturday Aug 19

Event: AUS NOL Races

Event: Queensland Orienteering Championships (NOL event)

ORIENTEERING race 35:15 [5]
Middle distance NOL, not to bad a race, felt fast and travelled well, 2 30 sec errors.
WARM UP/DOWN warm up/down 20:00 [3]
Before and after the race

Friday Aug 18

Note
Was meant to go for a run, but as I was flying up to Noosa today, I did not leave enough time to do a short run

Thursday Aug 17

Note
Thought I had better start logging into AP again, as I did not run today, I have nothing to log

Wednesday Aug 16

MTB 1:00:00 [3]
Got out the MTB for a ride, it has sat in the passage way for the last 9 weeks with a flat tyre, also the gears where not meashing properly, so it took some time to get ready to ride. Just as I went to go, I realised that I had lent my Road bike and shoes to Schepsi, so I had to ride without bike shoes, not easy to do.

Tuesday Aug 15

ORIENTEERING 2:40:00 [2]
Spent 4 hrs out at Kooyoora, checking controls site and putting out controls for next weekends 2 day Kooyoora Classic

Monday Aug 14

RUNNING 40:00 [3]
Was going to be a day of, seems like i had spent the last number of weeks, running ever day, But Johnny Maher called around for a run, so we went out over Diamond Hill, and around the expanded mine site, they have covered a lot of good O terrain, well we will never get it back now, it is a very barren landscape

Sunday Aug 13

ORIENTEERING race 1:58:30 [4]
Maxi 3 hr out at Whroo, flowed through the first 17 controls (11k) in the 1st hr, so then it was a race to see if I could finish the course in under 2 hrs. Did it with a 90 secs to spare, total distance 20.7k

Saturday Aug 12

Event: Bendigo Ironman

ORIENTEERING race 40:00 [5]
Bendigo Ironman, strong field that included Ev, Leon, Bryan, Liggo, Bruce, Aj, Torgier and Troy, had the work cut out in the early races, but managed to find myself in the last 2. I thought I had tired for 4th with AJ, but the results say 3rd. Ev showed how consistent training can help your results, with 1st place, Troy 2nd
C • I'll look into that result 1
