Did a bit of talking also

Event: the tan relays

RUNNING warm up/down 12:00 [3]
Pry to the tan relays, included some tempo
ATHLETICS race (Tan Relay) 13:24 [5] 3.83 km (3:30 / km)
Ran the last leg, it was lonely out there, our team is in Div 2, we got done.
Leon ran well, as did Bryan and Birchy, I will have to train harder if I am to keep up with them in the future.

Ran same time as Blair did during the week

RUNNING warm up/down 8:00 [3]
Easy run after the race, not to much as I still had another race to do today
ORIENTEERING race 44:47 [4] 7.5 km (5:58 / km)
Final run of the day, did not have to go and beat Big Ev, as he felt like grap, and pulled out.
Wanted to run under 45 (6min K), had to push it hard from the last control, I over shoot it and made a 2 min error

ROAD BIKE 1:15:00 [3]
Around the Goose Neck and back along Tannery Lane. Top gear all the way, I remember AJ telling us the reasons why this is good training, I like it as well

Tuesday Sep 12

RUNNING warm up/down 20:00 [3]
Ran to and from athletics track
INTERVALS 10:00 [4]
Went to the track to do some more 800's, did 1st in 2.38 (bit fast) and 2nd in 2.42. Active float in between. Gave up as legs were very tired and heavy, but then what did I expect after the weekend of racing, this is normal and I will be fine tomorrow.

Monday Sep 11

MTB 1:00:00 [3]
Out around the mine, then around the res, back home. Nice easy ride, felt really good.
Note
The mine has made a mess of Diamond Hill, it will never be the same )-;
