Sunday Feb 4

ORIENTEERING race (Fowl and Fizz) 1:08:00 [4] 9.72 km (7:00 / km)
Bendigo season opener, score event, couldnt get rid of David till half way around the course, where he had taken the lead, but ran of to the wrong control, I tried to up the pace, just enough so he couldnt see me any longer, then went on to get all controls. Could have returned earlier but I wanted to get the lot, got back 8 mins late, that with the trouble I had at one control (20points) that I couldnt find, gave me a total of 500. David got 510.

NOTE Forest floor was very slippery slipped over twice and hit my knee )-;
C • Route Gadget 2
MTB 29:00 [3]
Went for a easy ride around Diamond Hill, my knee was a little sore to start with, but felt a lot better towards the end.
C • How could it possibly be slipp... 2

Event: Waitangi 4 Day 2007

ORIENTEERING 15:00 [4]
Peg race at St Georges Lake, got max number of pegs, but L-Train sat on me and got as many pegs as I, then went pass me on the way to the finish. Very well organised by Fell
C • When is the next O training day? 2
ORIENTEERING 50:00 [3]
Put out tapes for exercise at St Georges Lake, dont know how long I was out there, but it seemed to take for ever, plus it was a tad warm
ORIENTEERING 15:00 [4]
Final exercise, no tracks and short legs, I had put the tapes out, but it was still a challenge
ROAD BIKE 1:13:00 [3]
Lovely ride out pass the Airport, then Epsom and returned via Goynes Rd with Clara, L-Train, Keely and my Sister. Rode with Clara back to her place, as I cant have her doing more than me. (-:

Wednesday Jan 31

ROAD BIKE 1:00:00 [3]
Around Tannerys, Red tank, Emu Creek, Eppalock, Ryalls, Trotting, McIvor, then home
RUNNING 45:00 [3]
With the Emu (L-Train) New hole in the fence at the Res, so we checked it out, back along the dam wall, and out of a hole so big, you could nearly drive a car through it. Felt a bit tired, am I getting a cold?? maybe
