Sunday Mar 25

Event: NSW State League #2 (badge)

ORIENTEERING (Classic Training) 1:45:00 [3]
Putting out tapes and controls for the training today at Mia Mia, then pulling in some of them as well

Saturday Mar 24

Event: NSW Sprint Champs (NSW SL1)

ORIENTEERING (Sprint Training) 20:00 [3]
Chewton Diggings, pulled in controls, map was very good, seeing it is 20+ years old, scale 5000
ORIENTEERING (Middle Training) 40:00 [3]
Chewton Diggings, put out controls for the 1st loop, and bought them in for the 2nd loop. Put a control in the wrong spot, well not really, marked some maps wrong, so it was right for some and wrong for others

Thursday Mar 22

MTB 45:00 [3]
Out to Diamond Hill and then One Tree Hill, back home via Sharon & Houston St
INTERVALS 20:00 [4]
Went up to the Res to do my intervals, managed to get 'over' the fence, but I left my run to late, and it got dark. So I made my way out to Diamond Hill Rd and came home. Had to finish reps of on the road
RUNNING 24:00 [3]
Up to the res and back
WALK 20:00 [3]
It got that dark, I had to do some brisk walking to get out to the road, and back through the forest to home

Tuesday Mar 20

RUN (Mt Macedon) 1:35:00 [3]
Went down to Macedon with Leon and Bryan to run with Troy, didn't know if I should do this as I had just done the longest run for the year two days ago.
Not to bad on the climb, but felt a little tired, once I hit the top, I pushed the pace as often as I could. Instigated more surges than anyone else, and never won one. Very good fun, and felt good at the end.

Monday Mar 19

ROAD BIKE 1:05:00 [3]
Nice ride with Shamus and my sister, Shamus was playing games, either sitting on your wheel, sprinting for KOM points or dropping out the back, even gave a passing motorist the bird.
I let him have a couple of KOM, made made him work hard for it though. Went Burns St, back to Tannery, and around OTH

MTB 10:00 [3]
Car ran out of petrol, so had to go and get some. Got there and found out I forgot to put on my helmet, so came home through the cemetery.
