	Finally got out for a run, Toph took 78 secs out of me by 2/3 rds the way around, but I could only get 45 secs back on him in the end. So he won by 33. went out OK, but then I remembered why I had not run at all last week, my calf was still very sore and stiff, so had to make sure i didnt over do it, good run from Toph
