| I hate it when I have the flu
You get cold with the heater on, you get hot when you are outdoors.
Got this Flu from Troy, "not nice troy" Started to come down with it on Wed night, but had to drive to Geelong, Melbourne on Thursday, and no rest Friday as I carted gravel for my Brother, felt stacks better Sat, even went for a ride, short as it was, but today, IT WAS BACK, what a waste of a day, well not really, went to Wangaratta to check out terrain for the 2009 Oz Champs Carnival |

| 15 k road race today, and as I was not running, I road my bike instead. Was meant to be 15k (1hr) but when Troy pulled out at the 9k mark, he took my bike for a warm down.

| Got out for a ride just before lunch, thought it would be a bit warmer so wore shorts and 2 tops, but still got cold. Thought about doing the GooseNeck, but did the Juve instead, felt quite good for a start, but was gone for all money before I got home. Hasn't been a good week |
