| Late ride, was very nice out with the moonlight, but sometimes hard to see the 'riding line' Out to Sandhurst Res, along channel and home via KG and DH Rd. Felt a lot better, good to let it rip.

| Forgot my control card at the start, so always of the back, especially when we got to controls where other people going through, having to wait for them to punch causes the gap to get bigger, finally got to the front when the Keely boys were taking there time to decide, went different ways soon after that, saw them with 3 to go, but they had it under control. Good to see Toph there, and bet Birchy, that makes it 2 each. End of season, so a draw.

| Hadn't done much O in the last 3 days, so went training. Ran a couple of legs putting out tapes, then ran with B & L around the best bite, finished the session of with a closer look at why rock is called a boulder or a high point or boulder field or grey rock etc etc
