Its never a good time to get injured, and it is worse when it is one week our from a major, but touchwood, I think I am over the injury I sustained on Saturday

Out to Sandhurst Res, then along the channel - BTW it running a brinker - then Harpers and along Roo*ey Rd before finishing of with a bit more play around the Kangaroo Gully area
