Procrastinated most of the day on this one. To windy. To cold. Bugger it, just get it done. Very pleased that I did. This use to be my staple, and have not done one in ages, wondered if I could handle it. The course was up to the oval, as that would enable me to go around it if I arrived early, which I did. Thought I had overdone it, but was hitting all my marks on the way back. Surprised myself when I got back to the start with 16 secs to spare. O well, I overdid it getting back to base, but I got extra distance!
