Wild Duluth. Lots with Molly P and sections with a bunch of different folks. Rained a lot and the trail was a mess. Made it difficult, very tired.

Slow jog on 8th to Haines. Walked up Haines to lot to get car. Fell on the trail last night. Shin landed on root and the pounding didn’t feel good today.
