Left the flat with my watch on 6% so surprised it lasted until the cool down, distance/time a bit of a guess based on warm up

Sprint at Liberton
So nice to have group training back on, even if I was running alone for most of the course. Probably running a bit too comfortably slow, but a few small mistakes/bad route choices, good courses.
