Ingleborough loop from Clapham with mum, so not too fast which was nice as chest still quite tight. This cold seems to be taking a long time to shift, hoping being at home and sleeping/eating in a more normal pattern should help.

Loop round Granchester from Miles End. First 3km with Paul felt a bit grim with throat still bunged up (although still pretty slow) then slowed down to a speed where I could actually breathe for the rest once he'd gone a different way.

The guys were doing 2x5x 300m so join them on 1,2,4,5 which worked well. Feeling tired though, second rep in each set was slower than the first.

H19 course from the Moss hut- trying to focus on keeping the plan simple and mostly running on compass- worked fairly well- not running particularly hard through the terrain though.

Feeling tired despite not running yesterday, think exam fatigue is hitting but hopefully sleeping lots again from tomorrow. Decent session anyway, running further in 3mins than when we did that at the start of term which was positive.

Starting with Emily and Lauren who were doing slightly longer reps, mostly running with Heather. Probably took the first set a bit too fast, feeling pretty tired in the 3rd set, much slower in the 500 although about the same in the 300 and 200.
