From home, up guards to Seatallan, across to Haycock, and then down the ridge to Skalderskew and back through the forest. Maybe not the most sensible thing for the legs, but seemed to be fine, probably helped by the last 11km being pretty much entirely downhill. Chilling for the rest of the week and back to structured training next week.
