LOC event at Claife Heights. Technically good apart from number one, where I ignored nearly everything on the map. I also felt a bit tired physically after cross-country yesterday, so I should probably have warmed up more.

Inter-counties XC. I felt like I started up the first hill too fast and was tired for the rest of the course, but I still ran at a fairly reasonable speed.
