BL event at Askham Fell. Quite technical with lots of pits and depressions, so a good chance to brush up on compass work before the JK. A couple of dodgy bearings and i started looking too early a few times, but otherwise i felt it went well. Feeling strong physically.

Round the estuary with the extra loop at the top. Fairly steady, although I was working hard to get up the hill at the end.

8x 300m with 1min rest. It was very windy, so times were a bit variable, but I felt like I was generally running well.

Intervals. An inverted pyramid of 2x 1:30,1:00, 0:30, 1:00, 1:30. A bit tired from yesterday so not going particularly fast to start with.
