Was going to run further but left knee feeling really stiff so decided to stop and do a proper circuit session instead.

30x 1minute exercises at Pembroke pitches. All body weight exercises.

Milton parkrun. Still feeling tired after staying up to 5am at the June event so not running great and got stuck in the start, surprised to go faster than the parkrun I did this time last year in Preston, and i know i could have gone faster. I haven't run much in my trainers recently and I could definitely tell, rubbing a bit under the arches. Quite muddy so I could have got away with x-talons anyway, but first time round so i didn't really know what to expect.

Feeling awful to begin with, but running definitely improved after about 10 minutes when I got into it. Left knee feeling weirdly stiff, but not painful.
