Again with Molly, up to the same point, felt faster on the climb up today but i think it was probably just more continuous.

Running with Molly so not all the way to the top this time, but still getting a reasonable amount of climb.

Too hot to run during the day, so got up before breakfast to run- still about 25 degrees! Pretty much straight up the hill away from the coast all the way to the top.

In Italy for a week. Lengths in the pool, alternating every 4 between crawl and breaststroke.

Cycle out to Longstanton, along to guided busway and then back past Girton.
