CUHH Long run. Felt good on the way out although the pace was quite a lot faster than my standard long run, then died a bit on the way back but fortunately had Pippa to run with. Definitely good for me to run faster for longer though, so i'll be back. Calves absolutely dead afterwards though, i guess due to running on tarmac for so much of the run.
CUHH session at Churchill fields. 8x 2:00 [1:30,1:00, 0:30, 1:30, 1:00, 0:30, 1:30] Felt really good- running at the front of our pack- and dealing well with the rest getting shorter through out.
CUHH Core session at University Sports centre. No plyometric work but really good core session with focus on technique which was nice.

Test running the courses for Wednesday- generally pretty good although a bit hesitant in a few places, not ever really getting up to speed as i was noting map alterations as i went round.
