CUHH Long run with Pippa and Emma, down through Fen Ditton to Bait's Bite and then back along the river. Got a bad stitch towards the end but felt good and surprisingly fast.

RAF Match with CUHH.
Quite nervous before the start, mainly about being last, but actually really enjoyed this, a really nice course with lots of changes in terrain and direction. Pretty much running on my own after about 2 minutes, but managed to keep the pace fairly steady throughout. Dying a bit in the 5th km but pushed through. Ahead of Emily, Olivia, Emma, which was our order at intervals, nice to know that they're reflective of longer distances too.

Easy out from college to the allotments, missed this route from last year so nice to do it again. Feeling good.

CUOC Circuits run by Fiona. 2 circuits of standard exercises and 30/30s. Core stuff felt tough 2nd time round, but generally good.

Across town to the guided busway, longstanton and then home through Girton. Haven't done this for a while but good to get some cross training in as my calves have been dying a bit recently.

Runnning so well today, with the fast group and not even at the back! 3:00 reps felt tough, and calves still tight, but really enjoyed the session. Beautiful sunshine as well made it feel like a summer session which was fab.

Out through the fields to the Uni Sports Centre and then back down Grange road. Calves still tight this morning despite extra stretching yesterday.

CUHH Session at the Uni Sports Centre. Felt worse on the core stuff this week, probably tired. A bit of plyometric stuff too this week which was good.
