CUHH Long run.
Supposed to be doing the Histon loop but we had no idea where that went, and the front of the group had disappeared by the time we got to the turning so ran Comberton and Barton loop instead, with Pippa, Emmi and 2 of the guys.
Feeling good, but a bit of a blister on the inside of my foot from my trainers, seems to happen whenever I run in them for a long time. Will run in a different pair this week so hopefully it'll go away pretty quickly.

Wanted to do a longer cool down to stop me from getting too stiff.

CUHH XC Cuppers.
Felt strong on the first lap, then definitely tired and slowed down through the woods on the second lap, but i had a strong finish so maybe didn't push hard enough on the second lap...
Ahead of everyone should have been ahead of though which was good. Feeling so good physically at the minute!

Out thtough granchester meadows and back along the cycletrack. Headtorch died after 10 minutes so I couldn't run on the grass because it was too dark. Feeling easy.

CUOC Circuits. Easy session this week as XC tomorrow, feeling good.

CUOC training at Science Park. Probably didn't make the most of this session but was finding it really difficult to make myself plan ahead when i needed to be looking at the ground. Also not really running fast enough for sprint training.

5x 4:00 [1:30]. @ 4:03 pace
Really good session, probably partly because I've done this at intervals before. Running well, although a few places where I was probably not taking it as hard as I could have been. Mostly ahead of Emily although had to push a few times when she came past to get ahead again.

Up Grange road to the sports centre, then back across the fields. Really low mist with great reflections from my headtorch.

Strength and Conditioning 40:00 [2]

CUHH circuits. Lots of core exercises but few crunches than last week which was nice.
