2x 15 minute standard loop.
Had football training after- 1.5 hours.

Nice to see a contour- actually quite difficult in places. Almost made me wish I was going to the night champs...

CUHH Intervals at Churchill.
5x 0:45 [1:00] 3:00 [1:00] 0:45 [2:00] @ 3:58 pace
Throat/chest still feeling blocked up, so not running very well, behind Ruby and Olivia for almost the whole session. Probably mentally gave up a little too- need to work out how not to do that.
Going to try and get more consistent sleep this week- need to shake this cold as it's only a problem when I'm running fast.

Pippa and Olivia also there which was nice.
