CUHH Boundary Run.
Pacing was not great- definitely started too fast but thought I could keep it going. Legs got so heavy in the last 5km though and just crawling through. Probably should practice eating/drinking on long runs.

Circuit, Wall sits, 30:30s, stretching. Found some weights in the back of the squash court which was useful.

Having a couple of day off to try and clear this cold; been running through it but it doesn't seem to be getting any better or worse; hopefully a couple of days rest and good sleeps should do it.
