British Relay Champs.
2nd leg Women's Trophy.
Lucie came through the spectator with the main chasing group so didn't really have much time to warm up, but went out in touch with the main group. Caught by Pippa at 2 and worked through the rest of the field with her until about 9, then she just flew away from me and I couldn't catch her. Nice to bring the team back in 2nd, just a shame Heather was ill or it could easily have been a medal.
A couple of messy controls, particularly 9, and not great in the control circle, but definitely just lacking physically.

British Long Distance champs.
Just reminding myself why I do orienteering; really nice technical courses in physically demanding terrain, where navigating well was rewarded.
Lost over 3 minutes on #14 by going way too far up the slope and finding #17 instead, so could easily have taken the win without that, but doubtlessly everyone can say something similar.

On the grass at Churchill. Hard session, haven't done enough speed work this year, fortunately the girls started to take their rest from the back group so we actually got enough rest time after all.
