Along the north bank of the Yarra river in Melbourne, annoyingly one of the bridge was closed so had to take a massive diversion around loads of traffic lights to get across the road. Feeling good.

Was just going for morning jog but encountered Torquay parkrun on the coastal path so decided I should stop and do it. Hadn't eaten anything so took it steady, happy with the time considering training over summer.

In Torquay, down to the beach front and then north along the coast top path. Feeling so good (probably because it was downhill for the first 2km), so kept the pace reasonable.

In Apollo Bay, running in the evening because we got up to see sunrise at the 12 Apostles. Along the beach and then the muddy South East trail, loving life.

In Port Fairy, round the little Island and then up the river a bit. Felt awful for some reason, possibly running before breakfast but was fine yesterday, might also be because it's so cold in Victoria and I only brought shorts?

In Halls Gap in the Grampians, was planning to head up Boronia Peak but got lost on the way so didn't make it to the top before I needed to turn back. Calves very tight.

Note

Heading off along the Great Ocean Road to Melbourne for the next 10 days so probably going to take this week fairly easy with around 40 mins a day if I can fit it in. Going to be pre-breakfast again so I don't have to stress about getting it in in the evening, so unlikely to run any sessions until we get to Melbourne at least.
