British Middle Champs.
Absolutely did not deserve a medal. Navigation was atrocious, even when I knew I should be using my compass I wasn't. Nice to see Alice and Cecilie though :)

British Sprints prologue.
Navigationally pretty easy, maybe one tiny route choice error, just so much slower than the others. Qualified for the A final though.

British Sprints Final.
More interesting than the morning, but still running too slow.

Round the estuary including the grass bank path. Legs super tight so more stretching tonight.

More core. Going to try and make this regular, but probably need to think of some new sessions to keep it varied.

Pyramid session at intervals, along the river bank so quite soft and grassy, still struggling a bit with running on squishy stuff, need to get some strength in the legs.
