Long run with Maybritt, down to Bait's Bite and back. Running 4:37s on the way out, down to like 4:55s on the way back though. Pretty fast for a long run, but still chatting a fair bit so feeling good.

Arrived a bit late so didn't have time for much, then had football afterwards so didn't want to over do it.

Running 46:36 [3] 9.02 km (5:10 / km) +126m 4:50 / km

CUHH session at Coton.
2 laps (4km) inc 3 hills, 4x short hills, 1lap (2km) inc 1 hill.
Whole session was so tough, but made it through. Definitely need to have the belief in my running, I can go faster if I try.

7:20 with Rebecca and Maybritt. Feeling tired, but felt so good for the rest of the day. Maybe I should do more morning running.

First warm up lap with Fiona, fortunately second lap on my own so could go a bit slower. Managed to grind out 2 full laps after the session.

Tough, but still feeling reasonably strong up the hill at the end. Got dark halfway through the session though which was depressing.
