Along the shoreroad to the west of Loutraki, gently uphill then back the same way.

Out of Loutraki, straight up the hill and back down the same track. Probably a bit too steep for a decent run but felt good to be going up. Shame it was dark because the sun hadn't even risen.

Travelling to Greece for a field trip so not really sure how much I'll be able to do training wise. Likely to be running in the morning so probably not going to do any sessions but will at least try to get some hills in.

Intervals with Lucy and Rebecca, easyish session.
2:00, 3:00, 4:00, 4:00, 3:00, 2:00 [1:00 each time].
Feeling good on the first few, tired by the end.

Mainly precautionary as foot feeling fine.
Standard warm-up, 15x 4 crawl, cool down. Managed to get a lane to myself which made life so much easier.
