Cycling 30:00 [3]

To and from Ben's.

Orienteering training 29:37 [3] 5.73 km (5:10 / km)

CUOC training around Trumpington focussing on planning ahead on long legs then executing short legs well. Worked reasonably well and actually felt like I was doing the skill which is rare at CUOC training.

Oops. Was not planning to go this far but ended up doing two warmups to stay warm.

Running 40:00 [3] 7.37 km (5:26 / km)

C&C Session.
8x3:00 [2:00] around the materials department loop because the track was too icy and shut.
Mostly running at the back, and had to jog most of the cool down to make it to the start again, so felt more like a fartlek than a proper interval session, but probably good for me and will probably go again in January.
