Been feeling a bit lightheaded all day so wasn’t expecting this to be amazing, fairly easy round the trumpington granchester loop. Stomach not feeling great either, think I probably haven’t been eating enough proper food over the last couple of days but now May week is over I can get back to a decent routine.

Fen Ditton and back, bit of a struggle as before breakfast and also have the beginnings of a cold coming on, hopefully just being a bit run down after this term and not having a regular sleep pattern right now.

Sprintervals at North Cambridge with Fiona, Aidan, James and Paul.
3x1.4km loops @ 4:40 pace
Really enjoyed this, good to actually push the pace in orienteering and made mistakes on all the reps. Running reasonable well, not very agile round the corners though.

Quick circuit when I got home, trying to keep this up now organised sessions have finished.
