Garvagh- Brown Pretty easy navigation wise, mostly just dead path running between control sites so tried to focus on a good mental picture of control sites, mostly worked pretty well although a couple where a bit more detail was needed.

Evening event round Craigavon. Some terrible route choices and not running very fast as stomach felt really bloated for some reason, but enjoyable, well planned.

Up Clougha, Grit Fell, Wardstone with Mum and Dad, then back down the track and through the marsh. Quite slow as had to keep waiting/circling back but a decent long easy run.
