Feeling good, sliding around quite a lot on the grass but lots of energy.

Legs feeling tired so tough session, hard work on the second rep of each set coming back into the wind, but managed to finish strong on the last rep so overall decent.

Lots of fast people in the lane today, got a lot done compared to last term. Legs tired at the beginning but felt good afterwards.

3x laps (~2.2km) [~3:00] finishing at the bottom of the hill on laps 1 and 2 and the top on lap 3.
Felt decent, faster than Joni/Emily on the ways up/down the hill then got dropped every time on the flat but to be expected.
