Legs feeling tired so took this fairly easy, a nice jog out on the fells though.

Stretford Parkrun.
Feeling pretty tired before this so wasn’t expecting anything amazing, went off a bit too fast trying to catch up to Heather in all the people, then just tried to keep a comfortable pace up for the rest, flagged a bit in the middle but had a reasonably decent final section.

Out in the peaks somewhere near Kinder Scout with Heather to stretch our legs, walked most of the way but ran this last section when we realised I’d be late for the train.
