Sprint training round pollock halls. Lots of purple simulation artificial fences on the map so some pretty terrible route choices, probably need to be planning ahead more.

After sprint training to Blackford hill and round some paths in approximately a loop. Such a nice area in the sunshine.

Freshers Hill race.
Didn't ever feel like I was running particularly fast, probably a lack of any fast running in the last few weeks meaning my legs just don't want to move that quickly right now. Plenty of improvement to be made.

Freshers sprintelope on Whinnie Hill.
Made the mistake of wearing shorts for this so spent far more time picking my way through the gorse to avoid being cut to pieces than actually reading the map, but still fun.

Round the bottom of the crags and then up along them, round the side of the Seat and back along the road. Feeling much more alive today.

Pre-breakfast round the Seat. Felt soo tired, probably mostly due to not being used to the early mornings, so going very very slowly
