Easy round Blackford, Braids, Mortonhall with Roanne and Louise. Was planning to turn round if legs felt tired, but nice and easy so legs felt good all the way.

Wanted to loosen off my shoulders a bit from the weekend as not really used to running with a bag. Trying to keep it fairly easy and focussing instead on having reasonable technique: so remembering to breathe on every 3rd stroke and actually kicking with legs, fairly successful.
