Teviothead SOL Just cruising round the Short Brown as my long run for the week, generally fairly easy navigation but a bit messy in some of the circles. To work on: Looking at compass at important times along the leg (ie going round/through things which drag off course) and having a plan into the control circle that isn’t ‘and then find the control...’

East of Scotland XC relays Was worried that I’d started too fast because the first bit was really muddy but found a good rhythm and stuck the same distance from the girl ahead, finished relatively strong.

EUOC Intervals 4x6:00 [1:00], 6x strides at the end Didn’t pace it very well, felt like I was picking the pace up at the end so probably should have been less cautious on the first couple.
